What is a recent prominent event in your life, and how has it affected you?
A recent prominent event in my life was pursuing my MBA in HR & Operations Management while working full-time. It taught me how to balance responsibilities, manage time better, and boosted my confidence to take on bigger challenges.”
What has produced the biggest impression (shock) on you?
“One of the biggest shocks for me was facing workplace injustice in promotions and recognition. It was difficult, but it strengthened my belief in standing up for what is right.”
